1. What payment methods are accepted?
Visa, Mastercard, Discover, Amex, Apple Pay and Google Pay.
2. Can I return or exchange an item I’ve purchased?
Yes. Only dry, non-perishable, unopened foods and beverages purchased in New York or New Jersey may be returned/exchanged within 15 days. Returns must not be shipped but instead must be brought in person back to one of our shipping facilities or warehouse offices.
You will receive email instructions on how to return your item(s).
Returns on orders shipped outside of the above states are non-refundable and cannot be returned. Due to shipment time constraints, this is to keep our products fresh for other customers. If the order was incorrect, damaged, or expired a store purchase credit will be provided instead.
3. How long does it take to process and ship my order?
Once an order is placed and payment is verified, orders are shipped out immediately. Orders placed before 3 p.m. are shipped the same day. Orders placed after 3 p.m. are shipped out the following day. Orders placed on Friday after 3 p.m., Saturday, and Sunday will ship out on Monday.
4. Can I track my order shipment?
Customers have multiple ways to track their orders – using the ‘track my order’ link, emailing customer service, or submitting the tracking number provided to one of our three shipping partners (UPS, USPS, or FedEx).
5. Is expedited shipping available?
Yes. Expedited or express shipping is available for an additional charge.
6. What shipping carriers do you use?
Snax Direct uses FedEx, UPS, DHL and the USPS to ship non-perishable goods throughout the continental U.S. For New York, New Jersey and Connecticut customers, same day (within 12 hours) delivery is available for another fee.
7. What benefits are available for wholesale members?
Snax Direct Wholesale members receive the following benefits:
